Rollback Problem

Last saturday, we went to ZA and after killling Akin'Zol, I managed to loot the Formula: Weapon Enchant - Executioner, then we move to Karazhan, killing Attunment. Then me, Luvia, Pedo, and Moon went to Botanica, and then after that Shattered Hall twice...After clearing Shattered Hall twice, then enter for the third time, the loading screen is sooo long (10 minutes or so) that I forced shutdown the program (alt+f4) and relog in with better latency, but in a cost of lost of my 11 BoJ and Formula: Enchant Weapon - Executioner, as I rollbacked to the time BEFORE we encounter Akin'Zol. I don't mind the lost (though worried about the time wasted) with BoJ, but the formula lost is what troubles me...can you do something about this, felix? Hope to hear your opinion on this.

I think it was the server hiccups/rollback problem, not on your client side.

Think I was in Hellfire Peninsula doing the Sedai chain quests when we all got DC'd / manual shutdown (I did that too), and when server restarted, it rolled back a few mins.

Never had loots went missing problem when server restarted though, you have my sympathy there Hen.

This is not the first time that rollback has happened, unfortunately my on this matter is this. If I can find the the said item in my backup DB then I'll to restore it, if not then I can't be sure whether you really have it or not.

Tankting has commented on this, he said that sometimes missing item will come back after couple of days, so see whether it'll come back after couple of days.

My latest backup at the moment is 14th of February and I still yet to restore that coz I'm busy at the moment, so please be patient.

Bank would be your best friend, if it's precious, store it in bank or in case of formula/design/recipe/pattern, learn it immediately. Sorry, that's only the advice I can give you..
