Wailing Caverns and Stratholme Empty Wailing Caverns and Stratholme

I can't open the door to Balnazzar in Stratholme and I can't summon Mutanus in Wailing Caverns anymore.

The last time that I know its working is on Nov. 24 based on my warrior's achievement list.
